WGD completed the design, FF&E procurement, and project management of the renovation of 722 guestrooms at the Eaton Chelsea Hotel in Toronto. Construction began in November 2014 and completed in May 2015. Renovations were phased by floor to allow for the hotel to continue to sell rooms during the progress of the project.
The 722 guestrooms include, 23 executive suites which have kitchens and sleeping quarters separate from the living space for long-term stay. WGD has one member of its team on site full-time overseeing the construction phase.
