The project is a two-pad addition to an existing twin pad facility in the City of Cambridge. The initial phase included for the feasibility and testing of the site for development options led to a form of public private partnership with the City committing to the majority of the ice time.
The project includes for generous community meeting rooms and a large warm viewing area that includes a restaurant and bar.The existing ice plant was replaced, dressing rooms renovated and lobby expanded for an improved user experience. The site also includes 3 baseball diamonds.
