Beginning in 2019, WGD undertook master planning and design services for a refreshed Lambton County Social Services Building in Sarnia. The scope of work includes new windows and cladding to improve the exterior wall performance. New elevators, stairs, and general accessibility upgrades, as well as new finishes and fixtures throughout. A phasing plan was also developed in coordination with the County to minimize disruption to services.
Construction began in 2020 with completion anticipated for mid-year 2021.
