The newly re-branded Delta Hotel underwent an extensive $6M PIP renovation in 2017, which included 433 guest rooms, corridors, lobby, reception, and food & beverage outlets on the Concourse level.
WGD provided project management services as well as contract administration throughout construction to ensure the seamless coordination and implementation of the interior design specifications by other consultants.
