This proposal for a mixed use building is made up of retail stores, office spaces, restaurants, a club and hotel. The main focus of the project is the cone shaped entrance rotunda. As you enter into the building, you are overcome by the stacked glazing atrium that travels the full height of the retail and restaurant floors. The commercial floors are designed around the stunning atrium to create an alluring visual connection between the entrance and the public spaces. This striking US$165 million project is made up of 37 stories of mixed use development that combine and blur the distinction between working, living and entertaining.
