WGD has been overseeing the design and construction of a multi-building, multi-ministry, and multi-tender project for MNRF in Thunder Bay, since January 2014.
The project has involved numerous phases of right-sizing of the ministry spaces at 435 James Street. Specifications and updated layouts were developed, and systems furniture was procured for select branches through a Request for Services bid. Select branch's layouts were developed using a mix of their existing furniture and a substantial amount of reused systems furniture reconfigured from a previous projects.
For each of these phases WGD has overseen the project from initial schematic design to construction administration and total completion.
