This four-pad arena project included three NHL sized ice pads and one Olympic sized arena. The Olympic sized arena contained 2500 seats and was designed to be multi-purpose. In addition to ice events, the facility is the focal point of activities during the two week long Western Fair held every autumn. Events that the facility hosts are horse shows, floor shows and concerts. The complex also contains meeting and community rooms, a large entertainment and food service space, offices, and a 25,000 sq. ft. livestock show barn. This 175,000 sq. ft. project was completed in 2001 at a cost of $18 million.
