This project is comprised of an addition of new twin-pad to the existing twin-pad arena, constituting a 4-pad complex when completed. The two NHL size ice pads will each have 200 seats. One pad is to accommodate figure skating as the primary user, with upgraded finishes and ample glazing for natural light. The $9.0 million 67,000 sf project is LEED Certified and completed in 2010.
