The Library is part of the Town of Lincoln Community Complex.The entrance to the library is at the south-east end of the building with access from the main lobby. Interior windows along the lobby offer views into the entire library including the teen area and the program room. The library program room is located at the north end of the library also with access from the children's room. The library collection space and seating areas are clear span providing flexibility in future planning and shelving configuration. Access to the library is from the main lobby with sliding glass doors. The circulation desk and staff work room are located on the south side of the library with an exterior book drop and receiving/delivery doors. The library accounts for 9,000 sf. of the total building area. The single storey library fronts on to Serena Drive with a highly visible elevation and extensive glazing that encourages interaction with the community both during the day and at night. The elevation is articulated with metal panel projections, masonry and extensive glazing with a continuous brise-soleil sun shade.
